Per the governing documents the condo owner's responsibilities are listed below:
- Maintain the interior of the your condo unit(s) and all equipment, applicances or fixtures within the condo
- Maintain any balcony, shed, terrace or patio appurtenant to your condo unit(s) (including paiting)
- Maintain any plumbing, electrical fixtures, water heaters, fireplaces, heating and air-conditioning equipement
- Clean and maintain both the interior and exterior surfaces of all windows of the condo unit(s)
- Clean and maintain both the interior and exterior glass surfaces of all glass entry doors of the condo unit(s)
- Clean and maintain interior and exterior surfaces of any door leading to any balcony, deck, terrace or patio appurtenant to your condo unit(s)
